A Registered Psychotherapist focuses on helping children and youth better understand their feelings and behaviours that are not always possible to speak out loud. Our psychotherapist applies a strength-based approach and uses a combination of play and expressive activities combined with traditional psychotherapeutic modalities, including art therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy, dialectical behavioural therapy, and attachment-based therapy to help clients expressive themselves, set goals, and adapt constructive coping skills that fit each clients’ development and therapeutic objectives.
